How to trade with Wikelo

Find Wikelo's emporiums, learn how his collection contracts and reputation ranks work, and earn the Wikelo Favors many of his best trades need.

Wikelo is a Banu trader who runs a fabrication and trading business for players. He was the first non-human NPC added to Star Citizen. In return for the right collection of items, he hands out unique weapons, armor and even special versions of ships.

Where to find Wikelo

You cannot meet Wikelo in person. You deal with him through three Wikelo Emporium stations in the Stanton system:

  • Dasi Station, near Hurston
  • Selo Station, near Crusader
  • Kinga Station, near microTech

Contracts can name a specific emporium for the turn-in. Always check which station your active contract points to before you fly there.

How his trades work

Wikelo's trades are collection contracts. He asks for a list of items, and you bring them to him.

  1. Fly to a Wikelo Emporium and accept the contract in person, in the station's bazaar.
  2. Gather every item on the contract's list. Read the names and grades carefully.
  3. Deposit the items at the emporium named in the contract, using its freight elevator.
  4. Collect your reward. It appears in the local inventory at the emporium where you turned the contract in.

Your first contract is the one-time introduction, Wikelo Arrive to System, which has you collect his orders.

Ship trades and crafting

Since patch 4.10, Wikelo's ship exchanges have an extra step. You craft a specific item at an item fabricator using a single-use blueprint, then deliver it through his freight elevator along with the rest of the order. Ship rewards are named Wikelo Special versions, such as the RSI Ursa Medivac Wikelo Special.

Reputation ranks

Wikelo has three reputation ranks. You earn reputation by completing certain trade contracts, and higher ranks unlock more trades.

  • New Customer
  • Very Good Customer
  • Very Best Customer

Most of his trades need no rank at all. Two big ones do: Most Special Wolf needs Very Good Customer, and Special Idris For Killing needs Very Best Customer. Reaching a rank only unlocks a trade. You still have to bring every item on the list.

Wikelo Favors

A Wikelo Favor is a physical item that works like a currency in Wikelo's trades. Many weapon, armor and ship trades list Favors as part of the order, from one Favor for smaller items up to dozens for the biggest ship trades.

You earn Favors from his currency trades. Each of these gives you 1 Wikelo Favor:

  • Trade Council Scrip for Favors?: 50 Council Scrip
  • Trade Merc Scrip for Favors?: 50 MG Scrip
  • Turn Things to Favor: 50 Carinite
  • Trade Worm Parts for Favors?: 12 Irradiated Valakkar Pearls (Grade AA)

Grade AA and Grade AAA valakkar pearls are different items, and one cannot replace the other. Several of Wikelo's top trades need Grade AAA pearls, so do not trade away pearls you might need later.

Carinite and valakkar pearls are also needed for other Wikelo trades. If you have scrip to spare, trading that first keeps your materials free for bigger projects.

There is also a special currency trade, Want Polaris? Need something special., which turns 24 SCU of Quantainium into a Polaris Bit.

New in patch 4.10.2

Patch 4.10.2 added new Wikelo trades:

  • Big Style LMG: bring an F55 LMG, 5 Vanduul Metal and 20 Jaclium (Ore) to get the F55 "Shadowflux" LMG with 20 magazines and its blueprint.
  • Monolith Armor Very Smooth: rewards Monolith Shadowflux armor and its blueprints.

Some of Wikelo's trades reward a blueprint along with the item, so you can craft more copies at a fabricator later.

Tips

  • Bring a ship with enough cargo space for the whole order, since items go in through the freight elevator.
  • Check the contract details in game before you farm materials. Requirements can change with patches.
